About Stella
Meet Stella a beautiful black and gold female German Shepherd who is now looking for her new home.
Stella loves her humans and is a real snuggle bum. She is easy to train as she loves cuddles and treats.
Her inquisitive and adventurous personality makes her a joy to be around, and she is looking for a family that appreciates the energy and intelligence inherent to his breed.
Stella needs good high fencing as she can jump up and go over a 6' / 1.8 m wire fence, or she will need a home that will buy a good dog run to put her in when they all go out.
Stella being a younger dog suggests she will adapt well to various household dynamics.
We are seeking a home for Stella where she has inclusion in the home with a stable home environment where she has structure and a daily routine.
Stella will need lead and basic training and socialisation with other dogs, to ensure she remains a calm and responsive dog.
So training with Stella is an excellent opportunity to build a strong bond while teaching her important life skills. With her lively nature, training will be a fun and rewarding endeavour for both of you. Her intelligence will shine as she picks up new commands and routines, further solidifying the partnership between you and your new furry friend.
We always recommend to continue training when you take your dog home. Training doesn’t have to be a chore – it can be a fun experience for you both, it doesn’t have to take long and is a great way for you to bond with your new dog.
For those with prior experience, especially with large breeds, Stella could be the perfect addition to your home. Committed to providing her new family with loyalty and love, she is eager to start her adventures with you.
Allow yourself the joy of welcoming this beautiful young dog into your life – she is ready for her next big adventure, and it might just be with you.
Stella is currently available for adoption in NSW, ACT, Queensland and Victoria. If you're interested in making her a cherished member of your family, you'll need to drive with your loved ones to meet him. Should she, for any reason, not be the perfect fit for your family, you would be responsible for either bringing her back to Sydney or helping us rehome her from your home.

Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
