About Layla
Meet Layla, a playful and energetic female Labradoodle with a heart as big as her beautiful curls. Born around October 30th, 2022, and weighing in at a sturdy 40 kg, Layla embodies the best of her breed with her robust and friendly nature. She's an affectionate girl who loves people and has shown herself to be good with dogs of all sizes. However, she sometimes forgets her size and strength and can unintentionally knock over little ones, whether four-legged or human.
Layla thrives in an active household where she can have plenty of exercise and stimulation. She's a strong walker, although she pretty good at walking on a lead but can pull when she's particularly excited. Her ideal match would be someone experienced with dogs who appreciates the joys and challenges of owning an energetic and curious Labradoodle. She's incredibly smart, and with proper training, she would no doubt excel at anything her heart desires.
One of Layla's greatest loves is water; whether it's splashing in a garden paddle pool or taking a dip in a nearby stream, she can't resist a good splash. Having her own little paddle pool would make this water-loving pup's dreams come true!
More than anything, Layla would love a family who can match her enthusiasm for life and provide the space, attention, and training she deserves. So, if you're ready for a loyal, loving companion who will bring joy and energy into your life, Layla may be the perfect match for your family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
