About Buster
Meet Buster, an affectionate and delightful Boxer x Staffy mix born on March 10, 2026. This charming young pup is brimming with love and an undeniable zest for life. Buster seeks out human companionship and is always eager to be in the company of people who will shower him with the attention he adores. He has a heart full of warmth and will surely melt yours with his endearing personality. Buster was 9.6kg at time of desexing on the 7.8.2026.
Despite his youth, Buster has proven to be friendly and fabulous with other dogs, particularly those of his own size. He relishes playtime with his canine comrades but is just as content lounging by your side. He is a "lovely little man" whose sweet presence adds joy and comfort to any home. Though he hasn't been tested with cats yet, his curious and friendly nature hints that he might make new feline friends with a bit of guidance and patience. Buster is not lead trained.
Buster is still in the process of learning the ropes when it comes to being house-trained, but with consistent love, training, and patience, he'll likely catch on quickly. If you're looking for a loyal companion who is sure to bring smiles and laughter into your life, Buster would make a wonderful addition to your family. Whether you're enjoying a peaceful evening on the couch or a lively game in the backyard, Buster is eager to be by your side. He's ready and waiting for a loving new family to welcome him with open arms.
We have said Buster is suited with children over 5 years old mainly because he may jump on them and scratch them.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
