About Neapolitan (Neo)
💙 Meet Neapolitan (Neo for short)!
Neo is a 19-week-old blue Domestic Short Hair who has already been through more than most kittens and somehow came out the other side as the most confident little tripod you’ll ever meet! 🐾
Neo was found as a tiny, skinny kitten all by himself, with a broken front leg and ear infections. His leg sadly couldn’t be saved, but after his amputation, Neo discovered something very important…Three legs are plenty of legs!
Now he zooms, plays and gets up to mischief like any other kitten. He is confident, courageous, friendly and ridiculously affectionate. His favourite hobbies include:
🧶 Making biscuits
🛋️ Lap cuddles
🖥️ Supervising your computer work
📺 Watching Bluey
🎨 Critiquing Bob Ross painting tutorials
😴 Suckling on his favourite wool blankets
Neo is also an excellent work-from-home assistant. His preferred workstation is your lap, where he can closely monitor everything happening on the screen. Productivity may vary. 😂
With his confident and social nature, we think Neo could enjoy having a friendly feline or cat-savvy canine companion, with slow and positive introductions.
Neo doesn’t know he’s different, he just knows he’s fabulous. 💙
If you’re looking for a loving, hilarious little shadow who will keep you company, supervise your emails and introduce you to the joys of Bob Ross, Neo is your guy! 🐾🎨
Medical notes
Neo had his right front leg amputated after suffering a humeral condyle fracture (a break in the upper part of the front leg that involved the elbow joint). The injury was likely caused by an unknown trauma before he came into our care.
Neo has completely healed from his surgery and has adapted incredibly well to life as a tripod. He runs, plays, zooms and explores just like any other kitten, and his missing leg certainly doesn't slow him down! 💙🐾
