About Tommy 💙
Tommy is a handsome 5 year old boy with a gentle soul and a heart that’s growing more confident every day.
Tommy’s journey started when he and his mum, Tatina, were sadly dumped in a small cat carrier at Tanilba Bay Vet. Thankfully, the wonderful team at Tanilba Bay Vets reached out to our sanctuary and generously donated much of their veterinary care, giving Tommy the fresh start he deserved.
Since coming into care, Tommy has come such a long way. Each day he grows more confident, comes further out of his shell, and shows more of his sweet personality. Watching him learn to trust and enjoy life has been incredibly rewarding. He gets along well with other cats and with time patient, cat-friendly dogs and gentle, animal-loving children.
While we’d love to see Tommy and Tatina adopted together, they can be separated and adopted into the right homes.
Tommy has been fully vet checked and comes with a clean bill of health. He is:
- Desexed
- Vaccinated
- Microchipped
- Recent dental done
- Comes with a lifetime registration

Adoption details
We carefully screen applicants to ensure the best log-term match. Adoption includes an application, suitability discussion, meet and greet, and home inspection. our cats are places as indoor-only or into secure contained homes unless specified otherwise.
Adoption fees apply which contribute toward, desexing, microchipping, vaccinations, food and ongoing rescue costs.
We are committed to responsible placements and reserve the right to decline applications where the match is not suitable.
If circumstances change in future, adopted animals are to be returned to us rather than rehomed elsewhere.
