About Sky
Meet Sky! Sky is a sweet young cat who may take a little time to show you his true personality, but once he feels comfortable, he is a real sweetheart. He enjoys gentle head and chin scratches and will happily lean in for pats once trust has been established. He can also be quite the chatterbox and is likely to show off his playful side once he settles into his new home.
Sky would love a calm and quiet home where he can take things at his own pace. Giving him a safe space to settle initially, along with a predictable routine and gentle interactions, will help him feel secure. He enjoys treats and these can be a great way to build his confidence and form a bond with his new family.
Sky would be best suited to adults or respectful older children who understand that he may need some time to adjust. With patience, kindness and a little understanding, Sky is sure to become a wonderful companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
