My Ideal Home:

• Although I lived outdoors, I would love to be an inside cat to keep me safe from harm. So I can still enjoy the great outdoor a secure cat enclosure or some supervised harness time (once I'm settled) would be wonderful.
• A good-quality dry food diet would help keep my teeth healthy and sparkling.
• Toys, enrichment, and fun activities will keep my clever mind busy and content.
• A home filled with lots of love, patience, and attention.
• I can be very shy when settling into a new environment and may hide at first. I'll need a calm, patient person who can give me time, reassurance, and gentle encouragement to help me feel safe and loved.
• As I came to the shelter as a stray, my past experience with children and other pets is unknown. Since there's no known history of me living with other animals, slow and thoughtful introductions to any future furry family members will be important.

Adoption applications can only be approved if you're able to visit the shelter to meet O'Malley in person.

PLEASE NOTE: Shelter staff make the final decision based on determining if the applicant can meet the animal's needs (lifestyle, home environment, experience). Our goal is to ensure a permanent home that sets both the animal and new family up for success.
Shelter staff reserve the right to deny an adoption if they determine the animal's specific needs do not match the applicant's lifestyle.
