💍🪱 MEET RINGO WORM 🪱💍

Yes, you read that right — Ringo Worm. 😂

It’s a bit of a play on words, and thankfully one we can laugh about now because this little man is officially ringworm free!

Ringo came into care as a tiny stray in pretty rough shape. He was severely underweight, had a nasty corneal ulcer and, you guessed it… one very impressive case of ringworm.

Thankfully, there wasn’t anything a little veterinary care, good food and a whole lot of TLC couldn’t fix. Fast forward to now and Ringo has a clean bill of health and is well and truly making up for lost cuddle time.

And we mean making up for it.

While Ringo was infectious, his treatments meant gowns, gloves and PPE — something he absolutely could not understand. All he wanted was to climb into our arms and snuggle, and frankly, he thought the whole “no cuddling” situation was incredibly unreasonable.

Now that the PPE is gone, Ringo has made it his personal mission to ensure he is never deprived of affection again. 😂

He is a certified Velcro kitten — incredibly affectionate, calm, gentle and happiest when he’s close to his people. He loves a cuddle, loves being involved and has the sweetest little nature.

Ringo also adores his foster brothers and sisters and gets along beautifully with cats and dogs alike, making him a wonderful addition to a home with existing furry family members.

This little guy took some extra time and effort to get back on his feet, but he has been worth every second of it.

From a scruffy little stray in PPE isolation to a healthy, happy cuddle monster, Ringo Worm is finally ready for the best part of his story:
