About Rooster - 9 Month Old Dachshund X Kelpie
Rooster is a sweet and loving nine-month-old Dachshund-Kelpie mix who is just bursting with personality. He has a heart of gold and a load of playful energy. He has already mastered making everyone around him smile and has a special knack for turning ordinary moments into laughter.
Rooster adores his people and appreciates and needs a resident same size dog buddy to play with. He’s not a fan of being left alone for long hours so he’d thrive in a household where there is someone’s home more often.
And while he loves a good zoomie session and he will need a good walk at least once a day, and twice a day is even better to help him burn off that extra energy and keep him physically fit and stimulated.
He’s a clever guy who’s working hard on his toilet training by using a doggy door – this is a must in his new home.
He loves plenty of toys to play with and enrichment items to keep his mind busy, bright and engaged!
He is food motivated which will make training him a delight.
This loving guy will keep you entertained, exercised and your lap warm when it’s time for a snuggle.
Rooster is not tested with cats.
Rooster is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW, and is available for adoption in NSW & ACT (no flights). He is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, ticks and intestinal worms. His adoption fee is $800
