About Delores
Delores is a gentle, affectionate girl who will truly blossom with time and patience. Although she was initially timid and tended to freeze when feeling unsure, she has grown into a curious, friendly cat who actively seeks out the company of people she trusts. Once she feels safe, Delores loves gentle affection and forms strong, meaningful bonds with her family. She has also shown lovely social skills, interacting positively with both cats and respectful dogs. While she can still be startled by sudden movements or unexpected handling, her confidence continues to grow every day. With a calm, patient adopter who will let her settle in at her own pace, Delores is sure to flourish into a loving, loyal companion who will bring warmth, companionship, and quiet joy to her new home. Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
