About Taki
Meet Taki! Taki is a gentle young pup who is still discovering the world around him. While he can be a little shy in new situations, he's a sweet, affectionate boy who is gaining confidence every day. He's very food motivated, has already started learning his basic skills, and is beginning to discover just how much fun toys and pats can be!
Taki will do best in a adult or teen home and may benefit from a calm, confident canine friend to help show him the ropes. As a young working breed mix, he'll thrive in a home committed to ongoing positive training, socialisation, and plenty of enrichment to help him grow into a confident adult.
With patience, kindness, and a little encouragement, Taki has all the makings of a wonderful lifelong companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
