Meet Bruce!

Big Bruce has a heart of gold, and at just 18-months old is looking for a fresh start with his forever family. The staff at the shelter have fallen head-over-heels in love with this sweet boy and his waggy tail.

Bruce is a lovely young chap who thrives on human interaction. While he can be initially cautious around new people and environments, he warms up very quickly and thoroughly enjoys a good pat and tummy rub.

Bruce will need to go to a home with secondary school-aged children or above, as he is quite a sizeable boy who still needs some work on his confidence and manners. He would thrive in a home where his adopters are committed to ongoing force-free training to build on his skills.

Bruce may be suitable to live with another dog if they have a successful meet and greet. If you have a dog at home and would like to meet Bruce, please bring them along to the shelter so that we can see how they get along and assess if they'd be suitable companions.
