Introducing Emmett!

Emmett is the big, friendly, boof-head boy you imagine when someone says "staffy". With a heart as big as his head, Emmett is looking for a family who'll love him as much as he'll love you!

As much as this lovely guy enjoys being around his humans, he sometimes likes to take his time getting to know someone. So a home where everyone is at least 12 years old and can give him the space he needs to get settled and feel safe. If you give him the space he asks for, He'll be snuggled up next to you on the couch in no time!

Emmett prefers to be around humans rather than other dogs, so he'll need to be the only dog in a home, and his adopters will need to help him feel comfortable when passing dogs out on walks.

From what we can see, Emmett hasn't had too much training in his life, and would benefit from some ongoing, positive reinforcement training where he can learn all the manners and tricks it takes to become a cool, calm and confident doggo. He loves treats more than anything, so we think he'll be a quick learner when he finds his forever home!
