Introducing Tiki,

Tiki is a sweet but sensitive young lady who is looking for a quiet home with a loving family who can give her a life of cuddles, love and fun, calm walks where she can live her life to the fullest!

The sweet girl has found the shelter environment to be very overwhelming and has needed some extra help from our behaviour trainers to start learning how to express her feelings and build confidence with dogs.

Tiki would be best suited in a home with either adults only or a family with secondary school-aged children who can be respectful of Tiki's space and understand that she might not be super keen on cuddles and pats right away.

As Tiki is still learning to control her feelings around dogs, she will need to be the only pup in the home, and her adopters will need to continue to help her build confidence and encourage calm behaviours when she sees an unfamiliar dog.

We know it will take time and lots of consistent training to help Tiki become the dog she deserves to be, but if you can put love and effort into working with this beautiful girl, she'll quickly become your best friend and a lifelong companion.

If you'd like to meet this sweet girl, come down to the lost dogs home, and if there are any children living at home, they will need to come too!
