Hi, I'm Percy! I'm a young kitten looking for a patient and understanding family to help me settle into my new home.

Moving to a new environment can be a little scary for me, so I may take some time to adjust. To help me feel safe and comfortable, I'd do best starting off in a smaller "launch room" where I can get used to my surroundings before exploring the rest of the house. If I'm given too much space too soon, I can become overwhelmed and may lose some of the confidence I've been building.

Because I'm a timid boy, I'm looking for a calm and quiet home with no children under 6 years old. I need a family who will let me settle in at my own pace and won't expect too much from me straight away.

Once I start to feel comfortable, you'll see a different side of me! While I might not be the cuddliest kitten when we first meet, with patience, gentle encouragement, and plenty of time, I can become quite affectionate. I've already shown my carers that I have a sweet and smoochy side, and I'm hoping that side of me will continue to grow as my confidence does.

I'm still a kitten, which means I have lots of energy and love to play! String toys are one of my favourites, and I enjoy having zoomies and racing around when I'm feeling happy and relaxed.

If you're willing to give me the time and understanding I need, I think we could become the best of friends.
