About Bear
Bear is a big-hearted boy who is ready to find a home where he can settle in and become part of the family. He can be a little reserved when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate and loyal nature shines through.
Bear enjoys spending time with his people, loves treats and toys, and is eager to learn with gentle guidance. He would thrive in a home with teenagers or adults who can give him the time and companionship he deserves. A secure, well-fenced yard where he can stretch his legs, play, and relax between adventures will suit him perfectly.
Bear would be happiest in a quieter area where he can feel safe and comfortable. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home while he settles in, although with the right match, he may be able to live with a calm, friendly dog in the future. Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
