🌼 Meet Georgia — A Gentle Soul Ready to Bloom

Hi, I’m Georgia. I’m a sweet, gentle girl with a big heart and so much love to give. I’m still learning about the world and building my confidence, so I’m hoping to find a patient, kind family who can guide me as I grow. With encouragement, consistency, and love, I know I’ll blossom into the confident, happy dog I’m meant to be.

I’m pretty adorable (and photogenic, if I do say so myself). I adore kids and love spending time with my humans. I can be shy at first, but once I feel safe, my personality shines through — you’ll see my soft eyes brighten and my tail start to wag as I realise, “I can do this.” I’m smart, eager to learn, and I often look to my humans for reassurance, quietly asking, “Did I get it right?”

💛 A Loving Companion for Kids and Families
I’m gentle, calm, and affectionate with children. Playing with them, exploring the yard, and soaking up their cuddles are some of my favourite things. Their kindness and warmth help me feel safe, and I thrive in that environment.

I haven’t lived with cats before, so I’m not sure how I’d go, but I think I’d be okay with another dog. I can be a little nervous around unfamiliar dogs at first, but with slow introductions, I’d love to have a doggy sibling to learn from and play with.

🐾 Playful, Curious, and Full of Quirks
I enjoy the simple joys of life — watching birds, exploring the garden, wrestling food out of my Kong, and sunbaking on warm days. I love zoomies and playtime, and I’m working on learning how to play more politely. Sometimes I give playful nips at sock-covered toes… which brings me to my favourite secret:

I love socks. I collect them, cuddle them, and even nap on little piles of them. No one knows why — maybe it’s the comforting scent of my humans — but it’s one of my quirks that makes me uniquely me.

🍖 Smart, Food-Motivated, and Eager to Learn
I’m very food-motivated, which makes training fun and easy. I already know “sit” and “down,” and I’m happy to show off my skills for a tasty treat. I’m house-trained, toilet-trained, and if there’s no doggy door, I’ll let you know when I need to go outside — I have a funny little “talking” habit that gets the message across.

🚗 Adventure Buddy With a Few Silly Habits
I’m an excellent car passenger and love watching the world go by through the window. I do have a quirky habit of chewing seatbelts, but I’m learning to stop — I promise I’m trying!

I’ll need a secure, high-fenced yard because I’m quite the athlete. My foster family jokes that I could win Olympic gold for the high jump — I’ve been known to clear a fence or two during zoomie time.

🤍 A Sensitive Girl Who Loves Her People
I can get anxious when left alone. Loud noises and unfamiliar environments make me uneasy, so I feel safest when I’m close to my humans. I’d thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time or where I can join in on outings. I’m happiest when I’m with you, soaking up cuddles and feeling secure.

I always try my best to do the right thing. When I’m learning, I look up with soft eyes and a lowered head as if to ask, “Was that it? I can do it again!” I’m the kind of dog who would proudly collect gold stars — and I’d earn plenty of them.
