TO APPLY FOR ADOPTION PLEASE SEND IN APPLICATION FORM AVAILABLE BELOW:

Lozzie Firebrace is a gorgeous young puppy who is still discovering the world and learning what life is all about. She can be a little nervous when she first meets new people or experiences something unfamiliar, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her lovely personality really shines through. She quickly comes out of her shell and loves nothing more than being around her people and getting plenty of cuddles.
Like any young puppy, Lozzie is still learning and can be a little nippy sometimes. She will need a patient family who is willing to put time and effort into her training. She is making progress with her house training and lead walking, and she already knows how to sit and drop.
Lozzie travels well in the car and gets along well with other dogs. She currently lives happily with cats and is also good with people of all sizes. When out walking, she can sometimes feel unsure when meeting other dogs, so continued gentle socialisation and positive experiences will help build her confidence.
She has shown no signs of resource guarding and is a typical, playful puppy. She enjoys daily exercise of around 30 minutes to an hour, along with plenty of interaction, affection and time with her family.
Lozzie would ideally suit an active person or family who understands that puppies need patience, consistency and training. She would not be suited to a home where she is left alone for long periods, as she loves being with people and thrives on companionship.
At night, Lozzie sleeps happily in her crate.
Most importantly, Lozzie is a loving, cuddly puppy with so much potential. She just needs someone who will give her the time, patience and guidance she needs to grow into a confident and wonderful adult dog.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer free assistance for six weeks for any issues, a lifetime takeback policy with full refund of the adoption fee, and will always be available to offer advice.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
