About Quinny
Meet Quinny, the gentlest soul imaginable. A sweet little girl with gorgeous black splotches and beautiful blue and brown eyes. It is clear that Quinny has come from a traumatic background, but despite this, she has never lost her loving nature. Even when she was at her most frightened, Quinny craved affection. With patience, consistency and love, Quinny has blossomed into confident, happy and wonderfully sweet companion. She adores cuddles, loves curling up in laps for a nap and greets her foster parents with a wiggling bottom that is truly priceless.
Quinny is also a perfect office companion, happily spending her days in her bed beside her foster mum's desk, a rare commodity! She is great in the car, and is perfectly toilet trained. She has not been tested with cats yet, but would likely be a good candidate for a cat household due to her nature.
Quinny loves the security of her bed and crate and will quietly retreat there whenever she feels overwhelmed or needs some time to herself. She sleeps all night in her crate without any worry. After learning that the lead is nothing to fear, Quinny has discovered a love of walks and enjoys exploring new places, especially when accompanied by doggy or human friends. Quinny will thrive in a calm and patient home that understands her need for a gentle approach and is willing to continue building her confidence at her own pace.
Quinny is initially very wary of new dogs and requires patient, carefully managed introductions. Within the span of a week though, she became a cherished member of her foster family pack. She now happily plays alongside two energetic cattle dog working breeds and, despite her small stature, keeps up with them beautifully. She was truly worth the patience it took for her to come out of her shell. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Quinny will reap all of the rewards that this wonderful dog will bring into your life.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.
2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.
3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.
4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.
