At around 6 months old, Gizmo is the perfect mix of playful kitten energy and affectionate companionship.

Found wandering the streets, this handsome boy hasn’t let his difficult start change his sweet nature. He’s incredibly affectionate, loves being picked up, and has a loud purr that starts the moment he’s in your arms.

Gizmo is ready to leave street life behind and find a family where he’ll be cherished. If you’re looking for a loving, cuddly companion, Gizmo is waiting to meet you.

If you’re looking for a kitten who will curl up beside you, nuzzle into your warmth, and shower you with love, Gizmo is your perfect match.

Now Gizmo is in foster care with a loving family, he is learning all about home life, cosy naps, and the joy of toys that crinkle, roll, and bounce. He has a brave streak and enjoys exploring his surroundings, before returning for a cuddle or a well-earned rest.

Fostering means we are getting to know Gizmo’s personality and what helps him feel comfortable and confident. He would suit a home ready for typical kitten antics, playful moments, and gentle guidance as he continues to grow.

Gizmo is currently in foster care and can be met easily by sending through an adoption application. We can then arrange a meet and greet so you can see if he is the right match for your family.

SAFE is a foster based rescue and we do not have a shelter you can visit, but that does not stop you adopting a wonderful kitten like Gizmo and giving him a happy new beginning.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:

1. Are you able to commit to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable home for the cat?

2. Do you have the financial resources to provide for the cat's basic needs such as food, litter, toys, and veterinary care?

3. Are you able to commit to spending time to socialise and train the cat?

4. Are you prepared to keep the cat indoors at all times? An INSIDE cat is a SAFE cat.

NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.

*Kittens may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee. 

I CAN FLY TO PERTH! 

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth.
