About Bentley
🐾 Meet Bentley – The Gentle Giant Looking for a Quiet Forever Home 🐾
Name of Cat: Bentley
Microchip Number: 900164002320840
Date of Birth: ~18 November 2022
Gender: Male
Colour: White & Grey
Breed: Ragdoll Cross
Foster Carer Suburb: Botany, Sydney
Bentley's story is one of resilience and second chances. This beautiful Ragdoll cross was cruelly abandoned and left to fend for himself on the streets. Each day, he would visit a kind person's home in search of food, slowly losing weight and looking more defeated with every passing week. It was clear he had once been someone's beloved pet. Thankfully, we were alerted and brought this deserving boy into care. 🤍
Bentley is a gentle soul who can be a little shy when he first arrives in a new home. He may spend some time hiding while he settles in, but with patience, kindness, and a calm environment, he transforms into the most affectionate cuddle bug.
Once he trusts you, Bentley absolutely adores belly rubs, face scratches, and relaxing beside his humans on the couch. At bedtime, his favourite place is snuggled into the crook of your arm or sleeping peacefully beside you at the end of the bed. Watching this big, fluffy boy sleep on his back is guaranteed to melt your heart.
Bentley also enjoys a little playtime, supervised balcony adventures where he can sniff the fresh air, and happily munching on cat grass. While he's affectionate, he also appreciates having a quiet spot to retreat to when he needs some downtime. Loud noises and sudden movements can make him nervous, so he'll thrive in a peaceful home where he can feel safe and secure.
Bentley's Favourite Things:

• Couch cuddles
• Sleeping beside his humans

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept strictly indoors or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process
Initial Contact & Questionnaire: We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message to help us understand your home environment and match you with the right feline companion.
Video Tour: We require a video tour of your home to inspect key safety features, including secure screens on windows, doors, and balconies, and to see where your new kitty will settle in!
Meet & Greet: Once your application is approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home: If your application is approved and the cat has completed their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (adoption and admin fees are payable at this time).
Settling-In Period & Communication: Every adoption includes a 14-day settling-in period. We stay in touch during this time (preferably via WhatsApp) to support your cat's transition into your home.
Adoption Fees & Registration
Kittens: $350
Cats (1–3 Years): $275
Cats (3+ Years): $200
All adoptions carry a mandatory lifetime registration/admin fee of $62 on top of the adoption price to ensure your cat is officially registered in accordance with local council requirements.
