Gracie *On Trial*

*gracie is currently trialling her new home* gorgeous little gracie is looking for a new home after spending over a month in our local pound waiting patiently to be rescued. Now she’s safe in foster care while we search for a forever home who’ll love little gracie to bits and never leave her behind in a pound again!!

gracie’s a healthy, friendly young dog who is affectionate and loves being with you – she’s a real people pup! she also gets along well with other dogs which she proved during her time in the pound as she shared her pen with both males and females and was terrific with all of them. She is confident around humans of all shapes and sizes and especially enjoys playing with her carers children. Gracie has such a lovely placid nature, even our vets were impressed and made this comment: gracie is gorgeous, she is so cuddly that she seemed sedated before we even sedated her – she’s a very cool, calm customer!

adorable gracie is one of those pups that would fit into most homes and weighing in at only 4. 1kgs she’s a terrific take anywhere size! she walks well on a lead and enjoys getting out and about checking out what’s going on in the world. Gracie is learning her new name and responds to it when called. She may need a little help with learning the “sit” command but she doesn’t jump up or get in your face and we’re yet to hear her bark. Gracie is quite low-maintenance and being a wire-haired jrt x she doesn’t shed much hair though she’ll require a good brush and bath every now and then to keep her looking pretty – she won’t need clipping either which is a bonus! secure fencing, bones to chew on, toys to play with and lots of love will make little gracie very happy indeed!

this lovely little lapdog would enjoy an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to play with or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she settles into her new home.
