Meet Sumi!

Sumi is a beautiful 5 year old British Shorthair with a lovely balance of confidence, independence and playfulness. She settled into her foster home straight away, showing just how adaptable and easy going she can be in a new environment.

Sumi enjoys the company of people and will happily wander over to say hello when you arrive home or when visitors come by. While she's not overly demanding of attention, she enjoys gentle pats and affection on her own terms. She prefers to keep all four paws on the floor and isn't one to be carried around, making her the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a cat with an independent streak.

Don't let her calm nature fool you - Sumi has a playful side too! She loves interactive toys, especially wand toys and anything with strings, and will happily join in a fun play session before settling down for some well earned quiet time.
