PLAYFUL BOY!
- Hi my name is Sonic! I’m a curious and playful boy looking for my new home.
- Whilst I started off shy and a bit confused arriving at my foster family home, I’ve been finding my confidence each day and showing off my snuggly personality. I enjoy lots of pats and rubbing up on human legs each morning and evening, and at night I’ve discovered my favourite place is to burrow under the doonas and sleep next to my foster humans.
- During the day you may also find me cozied up under the blankets, but later in the afternoon I start to explore play and zoom around.
- I can still be a little worried about noises and new humans but I am very interested in other cats and have been eager to meet and play with the female cat at my foster home.
- Prior to coming into care I was living happily with two female cats and a young girl, so having another friendly, young feline in my new home would really help my confidence and personality shine.
- I would definitely suit a home with other friendly cats. I haven’t been tested with dogs yet, but with a slow and steady introduction I could settle in well to most households.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
