Olive

Some cats are independent roommates. Olive has other plans.

He likes to know where his people are, announces your arrival with a cheerful conversation, and if you disappear into another room for too long, he'll set off to find you. When he does, don't be surprised if he ends up nose to nose with you. He has a very unusual fascination with eyelashes, gently rubbing his face against them and occasionally deciding they deserve a tiny investigative nibble.

Olive has mastered the art of balance. He is just as happy curled up beside you for a nap or stretched out in front of the heater as he is launching into an energetic play session. Wave anything that dangles and you'll instantly have his full attention. Toss a toy down the hallway and he'll explode after it at top speed before proudly trotting back for congratulations and a face rub around your legs.

Affection comes naturally to Olive. Pick him up or give him a pat and his purr starts almost immediately. He doesn't just enjoy company, he goes searching for it, making him a wonderful companion for someone who wants an older kitten that is genuinely involved in daily life.

He was a little unsure of his foster siblings at first, his curiosity usually won out and he is making friends with them. With his playful spirit, loyal nature and endless supply of purrs, Olive settles into the rhythm of a home with ease.

One more thing to know about Olive. He can be bribed. His currency of choice is treats, and he'll repay you with the softest eyes, the loudest purrs and unwavering devotion. It is a deal you'll probably be happy to make.
