🪁🌓 MEET MIDNIGHT 🌓🪁
Nature
Hi, I'm Midnight! I'm playful (at times) and love chasing my cat toys. I'm a pleasant, kind girl who enjoys cuddling up in bed or simply relaxing in the same room as my humans. Just being close to you is enough to get my purr motor going.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I have been trialled with an existing female cat who was around my age. I showed no aggression towards her, but unfortunately, she wasn't able to adjust to having me around. I may do best as the only feline in the home.
Likes / Dislikes
I love watching the world go by from my favourite window spot. I also enjoy watching the fish swim around in their tank—I think I've already made a few friends! I love tuna chunks and belly pats.
I dislike loud, sudden noises and being picked up unexpectedly.
My PURR-fect home would be a relaxed home where I can be the only fur baby alongside my humans. I can't wait to find my forever family where I can give lots of snuggles, welcome you home each day, and enjoy plenty of pats.
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Midnight has been diagnosed with a grade 2 heart murmur (an abnormal sound in the heart). Heart murmurs are graded between 1 and 6 with 6 being the worst. Midnight’s murmur currently is not causing issues and she is not symptomatic so does not require treatment. Heart murmurs can worsen with time so Midnight will need to have her heart murmur checked at her annual health check.
Midnight has a small lesion on the eye known as iris pigmentation. This can be seen as a small dark patch on the colored part of the eye. Often this sort of lesion is benign, and is unlikely to cause any visual defects. Occasionally, iris pigmentation can progress to a type of cancer called melanoma. It is always important to monitor iris pigmentation for changes in size, shape and color over time. Your cat has seen a specialist ophthalmologist to assess the pigmentation and rule out any concerns at this time.
Midnight has some mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in cats, and currently does not require a dental procedure. It is thought that up to 85% of cats over the age of 3 have some form of dental disease. She will need her teeth checked at her annual vaccinations/health checks.
