About Dove
Meet Dove! Dove came into care with her 2 brothers at a young age. While she is the most independent of the litter, she still enjoys getting pats and scratches from her foster carer. She may not be as confident as the other 3 but with the right family and patience, she'll come out of her shell in no time! Dove was in a foster home with multiple pets, she absolutely ADORES the resident cats. She follows them around and cuddles up with them for naps. For this reason, Dove is best suited to a home that has other cats so she can forever be in the comfort of another furry companion. Dove will need to remain indoors to keep her safe from outdoor dangers. If you would like to meet Dove, please speak with the friendly team at PETstock Tuggerah!

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
