About Dusty
Meet Dusty! Dusty came into care with his 2 siblings at a young age. Dusty was the shyest of all his siblings at first, he has now turned into one of the most affectionate. He is very vocal when he is happy, he lets out his little cute meows, especially at dinner time. Dusty was in a foster home with multiple cats, he gets along with all of them really well. He has had supervised time with 2 dogs but doesn't seem overly bothered by them. Dusty is best suited to a home that has other cats or a cat-friendly dog. Dusty will need to remain indoors to keep him safe from outdoor dangers. If you would like to meet Dusty, please speak with the friendly team at PETstock Tuggerah!

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
