Sometimes life changes in ways we never expect, and with a heavy heart we are reaching out to our incredible community to help find Maisie the calm, loving home she deserves. 💔
Due to recent changes in her family’s living situation, Maisie is needing a new forever home through absolutely no fault of her own. This sweet senior girl has been deeply loved, and we want to ensure the next chapter of her life is filled with comfort, stability, and companionship.

🐾 Wiry Hair Jack Russell Terrier
🐾 Affectionate, loyal, and devoted to her people
🐾 Wonderful with other animals
Indoor living with access to outdoor for toilet time .
House trained ✅️✅️✅️
🐾 Loves going for walks (good on lead, just need occasional reminder to😉 walk next to you)
🐾 Travels beautifully in the car
🐾 Most of all, she adores lounging indoors and spending time with those she loves
One of the loveliest things about Maisie is that she has the beautiful temperament that comes with a mature Jack Russell. She has all the wonderful qualities people adore in the breed — intelligent, affectionate, loyal, and full of personality — but with the added bonus of being past the busy puppy stage. She enjoys her walks and little adventures, then is more than happy to curl up beside you and simply enjoy your company. 🌸
Maisie would thrive in a quiet, calm household where she can relax and enjoy her senior years surrounded by kindness and patience. She would be best suited to a home without young children, where her gentle nature can truly shine.
Senior dogs are so often overlooked, yet they have the most beautiful hearts. Maisie still has so much love, companionship, and joy to give to the right person or family. She isn’t asking for much — just a soft place to rest, a gentle hand to hold, and someone to love her for the rest of her days. ❤️

Adopting through our charity means Maisie will come with all supplies (bed, leash collar, toys, jacket, food etc enough for the first 4 to 5 weeks)
You will receive a lifetime online/verbal support for the length of Maisie's life. We have a dedicated support group on WhatsApp for all our adopters.

All adoptions incld 1 Free Vet Appointment at Mont Albert Vet or Canterbury Vet (Valued at $155) and or 50% off Dental Procedure *only if needed*
(Voucher Required -Please Ask for This once you have successfully adopted a pet from us)
We have a mandatory house inspection
Shortlisted adopters will be contacted to arrange a meet & greet with the animal. **Depending on our foster's availability
We do follow-ups throughout the life of the animal
In the event that you are unable to care for the animal anymore, you must contact us to seek verbal advice
Some animals will require mandatory enrollment to professional training/behaviorist - this will be noted on the animal's profile & adoption agreement, we will require proof of enrollment before we are able to complete the adoption process/transfer of ownership
