Chip is the kind of dog that fills a home with love, intelligence and plenty of fun times! He absolutely adores people and would happily spend every minute by your side if he could. It could just be heading out for an adventure, curling up for cuddles or throwing a ball around the backyard, Chip would simply be happy to be with his people.

This handsome boy loves his walks and would thrive with a family who can give him plenty of room to stretch his legs. He’s fetch obsessed, a huge fan of squeaky toys, and is incredibly clever when it comes to stimulating games. Puzzle mats and brain games don’t stand a chance and he figures them out in no time!

Chip is very food motivated, which has made training a breeze. He already knows sit, drop, spin and shake, and responds beautifully to calm correction, redirection and high-value treats. He can occasionally become reactive while on lead, but with a firm hand, plenty of redirection and training he’s making fantastic progress and continues to improve with consistent guidance.

At his recent vet check, Chip was found to be a little overweight and would benefit from losing around 10 kg. With regular walks, playtime and a healthy diet, he’ll be feeling his absolute best in no time.
