Shelter life can be a little overwhelming for someone as small and gentle as me, so I may seem shy when we first meet. If I get startled, I might even give a little hiss-it's just my way of saying I'm frightened, not fierce. With patience, kindness, and time, I'll begin to feel safe and let my true personality shine.

Once I trust you, I'm the sweetest little girl. I love a gentle pat and will happily roll onto my back, inviting you to give me belly rubs. Watching me grow in confidence and blossom into an affectionate companion will be incredibly rewarding.
