About Hank
Hank has had a bit of a rough start to life and is looking for a caring, understanding home to help him continue to grow his confidence with new people and in new environments. He is a naturally reserved dog (think Maremma!) but bonds very strongly to his person or his people. He still has a long way to go and will likely continue to change and develop as he becomes more confident, so he is looking for someone committed to his ongoing rehabilitation and who will be stick by his side on this journey. He is best suited to someone in a quieter location, with people who are home more often than not, with adults or dog-savvy teens due to his quiet and reserved nature, with people who have the right expectations and is willing to love him and help him however his behaviour develops. He needs a fully secured yard, and may be able to live with another calm, confident dog, pending a meet and greet.
If you're the patient, loving home that Hank has been waiting for, come and meet him today!
