Hi, I’m Harper! I’m anxious girl with a loving personality who warms up quickly to new people and adores all the love and attention my humans can give.

Nature
I can be nervous around loud noises and strangers, so I appreciate a safe hiding spot until I feel comfortable. Once I settle in, I’m ready to let my affectionate side shine!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I will need a mature home with adults and teenagers where I can enjoy a peaceful, quiet environment.

I enjoy the company of other cats and would love some feline friends to keep me company.

I haven’t met any dogs yet, but I may be able to share my home with a calm dog who respects my space and boundaries.

Likes/Dislikes
I love all things warm and cozy! Heated blankets are a firm favourite of mine, along with soft blankets and boxes to curl up in.

While I spend much of my day relaxing or soaking up pets, I also enjoy chasing toys that roll across the floor when I’m in a playful mood.

I prefer to keep all four paws on the ground and I’m not a fan of being picked up. Instead, I prefer to rub against your hands and legs. Sudden, loud noises and busy environments can scare me so please make sure I have a calm space to be in.

My PURR-fect home would be a quiet, consistent space with adults and teenagers only. I’d be happy in a small home or apartment, as long as I can spend my days near my favourite people, with plenty of time for cat naps and cuddles on my own terms. Give me a safe space to settle in, and I’ll be ready to make myself right at home!

Medical Notes: Harper has Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. This condition may require treatment on and off throughout her life. Harper will need her teeth checked at her annual vaccination. She may need treatment in between these times (of steroids and/or antibiotics) if the condition worsens. She may need teeth extracted in the future.

Harper was exposed to Ringworm, which is a common fungal infection. She did not show symptoms and was given the all clear by the vet.
