Hello, I’m Harper! I am a sweet girl with so much love to give. I adore rubbing against my foster mum's legs and getting lots of face rubs. I'll happily run to the door to greet you with a cheerful meow. Once I warm up to you, I'll love being around you and soaking up lots of attention.

I’m a sensitive girl and can be nervous around loud noises and strangers coming into the house. I feel safest in a quiet home with a consistent routine, but with gentle attention and patience, I warm up to new people quite quickly.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I would do best in a mature home with teenagers or adults, where life is calm and consistent, as I find younger, active children a bit stressful.

I’m interested in meeting new cats and have loved living and snuggling with furry companions in the past. My foster mum thinks I could become purr-fect friends with another cat after slow introductions.

I haven’t met any dogs yet, so I would need a calm dog that will respect my boundaries and space when I need it.

Likes / Dislikes
I love curling up in cardboard boxes padded with soft blankets, and my purr-sonal favourite is a heated blanket. I’ve been heard playing with toys in the night, but during the day I prefer snooping through my foster mum’s things. When my foster mum calls me over for pats and attention, I’ll happily come out of my bed, although I do prefer to hide in my bed and accept pats there when meeting new people.

I don’t like being up high and find cat trees quite boring. Being picked up can be frightening, and I don’t enjoy being placed on high surfaces.

My PURR-fect home would be quiet and consistent, with adults and teenagers only. I don’t mind living in a smaller home or apartment, as I find small spaces cosy, as long as I’m with people I love and trust.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

*Harper’s adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Harper was exposed to Ringworm, which is a common fungal infection. She did not show symptoms and was given the all clear by the vet.

Harper has Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. This condition may require treatment on and off throughout her life. Harper will need her teeth checked at her annual vaccination. She may need treatment in between these times (of steroids and/or antibiotics) if the condition worsens. She may need teeth extracted in the future.
