About Boyd
Meet Boyd! He is a sweet, affectionate boy looking for a calm home where he can truly relax and enjoy life. He forms strong bonds with his people and loves being included as part of the family. Clever and food motivated, Boyd already knows some basic cues and is always happy to show off his love of a tennis ball or settle down with a favourite chew toy.
Like many sensitive dogs, Boyd thrives with routine and a peaceful environment. He would be best suited to a quiet, active home with teens or adults who can provide patience, understanding and an active lifestyle. A semi-rural or rural setting with secure outdoor space would suit him well, as he prefers quieter surroundings. Boyd may also be able to go home with a calm, tolerant canine companion, pending a successful meet and greet.
With continued support, plenty of reassurance and a family who appreciates his gentle nature, Boyd is sure to become a loyal and rewarding companion. Come and meet Boyd!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
