About 🫓Kialla🫓
Kialla has made amazing progress in foster care. As the oldest (10) of our sweet treat intake you would expect that she might be a little shyer than others after living in terrible conditions for longer than them but we are happy to report that that is not the case!
Kia has really thrived in a calm, quiet foster home. She loves to chat and will tell you all about her day even if you didn’t ask. Once she’s settled in she is incredibly affectionate and loves to be brushed and will happily make biscuits in her bed while you brush her.
Now that she’s a bit more confident she is enjoying exploring her foster home and watching the birds through the window. Otherwise you might find her doing zoomies around the house or following you around while you make breakfast.
Her favourite napping spots are on her heated blanket, in her cubby holes on her scratcher or on the end of her foster mum’s bed. She will even use the scratcher for its intended purpose if it’s got material she can really get her claws into.
Kialla would be happiest in a home with one or two adults but may be okay with calm teenagers. She can still get a fright from quick or loud movements so young children aren’t really her thing. She would be happy to co-exist with a friendly cat but would be more than happy if the humans were all hers.
Kia is looking for a patient indoor only home who is willing to let her settle in in her own time. While in care she has had a dental which removed nearly all her remaining teeth but she doesn’t let it bother her too much. Kialla is also desexed, microchipped and up to date with her vaccinations and parasite treatments. She is in care in Warrandyte and looking for a home within Victoria.
