About Poh - 3 Year Old Fox Terrier
Poh is a gorgeous 3 year-old male, tan and white, smooth Fox Terrier. He was surrendered for rehoming through no fault of his own.
Poh is a small dog with a big personality. He loves nothing more than finding his spot in the sun to survey the world around him or delving into the toy box for the next squeaky toy adventure. He will not hesitate to offer you a cuddle , steal your chair and quickly steal your heart.
Poh is looking for a special home which is calm and quiet both inside and out. A battleaxe in a quiet neighbourhood or block away from the hustle and bustle of suburbia would be ideal. As he thrives in a calm environment he will be looking for an adult only home where his human is home most of the time, although he can be left alone for a few hours if needed. He would be best as an only dog receiving all the attention and affection.
Poh is house trained when in a calm and quiet space. He sleeps well at night, currently on his foster mum’s bed. He would like this to continue if possible but would be fine to sleep in his bed next to his human.
He enjoys short, sniffly walks and he walks well on a leash. He is however reactive to other dogs and sudden movements on walks so his new family will need to be happy to work with him on this. He loves his fresh food diet and is always keen for a treat.
Poh really just wants to be loved and is a fantastic little boy who is very easy to care for.

His adoption fee is $500, and he is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas, ticks and worms. He is in foster care in Wahroonga, NSW and he is not available for adoption interstate.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
