Are you the kind of person who believes that there is more to life than work?
Me too!

I was born into a family of hard workers, and everyone assumed that I would follow the family legacy of being a farmers right hand gal. I’m smart, I’m active, I’m willing to please but I just prioritise being with my people over spending long days in the paddock, going hard and working big mobs of cattle.

I know that often there is no good outcome for “failures” like me but thankfully my trainer and owner contacted KPR and asked if they could find me somewhere that I could be comfortable being my authentic self. Thankfully, they said that there are lots of other options for girls like me and that I would probably be great at dog sports or agility, be an awesome running partner, a wonderful adventure buddy or even help out on a farm where work wasn’t a full-time gig.

I am not the sort of girl who would be happy just sitting in a suburban backyard all day but in the right home, where I can be kept physically and mentally active, I will thrive. I can be a little shy initially (this is all new to me) but I quickly warm up and being the most loyal and devoted best friend you can have.

At just 18 months old, I am still just a baby, and I am ready for my world to open and reveal things that I have never even dreamed of. I can’t wait to find out what my new life has to offer.
