Chino is a beautiful 1 year 8 month old female Kelpie cross looking for her forever home.
With her stunning tricolour coat, adorable fluffy white-tipped tail, gorgeous smile and affectionate personality, Chino is sure to steal your heart. She absolutely loves being with her people, enjoys cuddles, happily curls up on laps, is incredibly loyal, and already knows sit, paw and come. She’s also very food motivated, making her eager to learn and a pleasure to train. Chino absolutely dotes on her family and isn’t fussed by visitors coming into the home.
Chino has been lovely with people and has done well around a child aged 9 years. More than anything, she wants to be part of the family and included in everyday life. She would suit a family, an active older couple who enjoy daily walks and adventures, or someone looking for a loyal companion to take out and about. Whether she’s joining you on outings, accompanying you to work where appropriate, or simply relaxing by your side at home, Chino is happiest when she’s with her people. She is currently experiencing some separation anxiety, which is already being worked on.
Chino would love a home where someone is around more often than not and will require secure, high fencing. She would be happy as an only dog, or she may do well with an easy-going male dog with patient introductions and ongoing guidance.
She is also toilet trained and has mastered using the doggy door.

Our Adoption Process 🐾

We aim to make the adoption process smooth and supportive, while ensuring every pet is placed in a safe, loving home.
1. Application
• Complete our application form in full.

Include photos of your secure fencing, yard, and where the pet will sleep.

We welcome questions via the enquiry button but we can not respond to ‘Statements’ - use the application form instead.
2. Review
• A team member will contact you via email if we require any further information. Please check your spam/junk folder regularly. If your application is shortlisted, we will also contact you by phone to discuss it further.
3. Agreement
• If approved, you’ll receive an adoption agreement to sign and return.
• Proof of address must be provided with your application or at the meet-and-greet.
4. Meet & Greet /
• A meet-and-greet will be arranged if you live in the same state. Otherwise, transport can be organised to your area, where you will have a 14-day trial period.
5. Transport and Date organised
6. Adoption Finalisation
• Once successful, adoption is completed and your new family member officially becomes yours.
