Hi, I’m Thanos, a big-hearted two-year-old with a wag that means business and a heart that’s home-seeking. I’m not a sprinter, but I’m steady where it counts. I'm a quiet shadow at your side, ready for a stroll, a sunny nap, and a friendly hello from your day. I carry my size with a gentle warmth, and I imagine every day being brighter if I’m with someone who speaks softly, keeps things calm, and lets me grow into the best version of myself.

I’m curious about the world but I need time to figure it all out. Though I can be big and enthusiastic when I spot other dogs. I tend to pull toward them on the leash and whine if I can’t reach the action, so I’m best kept away from crowded spots and off-leash areas. I may need time and gentle encouragement in new surroundings, and I thrive with daily opportunities to learn about life and grow my confidence. I am at my happiest when there’s a steady routine and a patient voice guiding me, with space to settle in at my own pace.

The kind of home that would suit me is one that is peaceful and quiet where I can feel safe and secure. I’m the only dog in the household, and I’m not suited to homes with small pets such as cats. I need solid fencing so I can explore my yard safely, indoors and outdoors in a balanced rhythm, and a family with kids aged 12 and up who can share calm moments and predictable routines. My energy is moderate, and I do best when there’s a hopeful, patient person who understands that settling in can take a little time.
