About Betty
Miss Betty is a purebred pug pocket rocket who has never met a stranger she didn’t love! At just 12 months old, Betty is bursting with personality, affection and a zest for life that is impossible not to adore.
Betty is the ultimate little social butterfly. She loves people, children, other dogs and pretty much everyone she meets. Friendly, confident and always ready to make a new friend, Betty has that special ability to brighten a room simply by walking into it.
With her naturally gentle, affectionate and people-focused nature, Betty has all the qualities that could make her a wonderful therapy dog with some guidance and training. She thrives on human connection, loves attention and has a beautiful way of making people feel happy and valued. Whether it’s keeping someone company, bringing a smile to someone’s day or simply offering a cuddle, Betty has the personality that could bring comfort and joy to others.
Betty has found herself needing a new forever home through no fault of her own- following a change in her family’s rental circumstances and needing to move into different accommodation. This gorgeous girl deserves a family who can offer her the stability, love and attention she has been used to.
Betty enjoys her daily walks, exploring the world around her and spending time with her favourite humans. She also takes her role as a pug very seriously — especially when it comes to food! A love of snacks is definitely part of her charm.
While Betty is happy to share her life with other dogs, she would absolutely love a home where she can be the star of the show. A family who will include her in their adventures, spoil her rotten and appreciate her fun-loving, affectionate nature would be her perfect match.
If you’re looking for a little dog with a huge heart, endless enthusiasm and enough personality to fill a room, Betty might just be the pug you’ve been waiting for.
*Please note- we are often inundated with enquiries and we do our best to respond to everyone. Please make sure you’ve read her description, everyone in your family is aware you’ve sent the application/enquiry and are ready to adopt a dog*

Please express your interest by sending an email through PetRescue.
Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Betty.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week.
What you can offer a dog in terms of activities, outings and training.
If you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
