Do you:
✅love a sleep in?
✅love to snuggle?
✅need to laugh more?
✅have older kids that are dog confident, as although I try to be extra good I can be a bit too bouncy for little kids and have no spacial awareness?
✅enjoy sharing a couch?
✅know that windy/rainy days are for snuggling inside not walking?
✅like handling wet spaghetti (I’ve been likened to this image with my greetings to those I’m excited to see). I am not suited to someone older who could possibly be unstable on their feet.
✅enjoy watching drifting (I’m great at it BTW)
✅ do like to pretend I’m a cat when you pat me (I’m better than real cats who are only here for the purpose of catching - just joking!)
✅walk well in a halti and lead set, I can pull on a collar and I don’t like harnesses. I can kiss a walk as long as I get some toy playtime outside edge silly when it’s miserable outside.

I am not:
✅a fan of playing with little dogs but happy to walk past without being a twerp (I prefer greyhounds!)
✅a fan of thunder or wind banging things around, I get jumpy outside (I do mange if no-one has been home when it happens) but totally fine inside.

I Will, Can or Do:
✅be a solo dog where my human goes to work💖 just leave me toys and a snuggly bed (can happily outside during the day with good shelter, comfy bed and toys while you work)
✅pretend to go around the corner and wee in the morning and run back inside without going (because let’s face it who wants to go out on a frosty morning at 6:30am, that’s sleep time🤣, just because the human wants to get up (who the heck has to go to work, I’m retired)!!
✅let you know when I need to go to the toilet as I am the perfect gentleman inside with toilet manners, never had a single accident in inside in 18mths.
✅bring laughter and lots of comments about how silly and expressionistic I am
✅be your best friend and snuggle buddy anywhere anytime
✅be okay as a solo dog (I will self settle if you ignore me) or with a CALM female greyhound
✅ go on my bed on command (with flair, always with flair🥰🤣, think Tigger)
✅wait on my bed for my name to be called for dinner
✅sit (if you give me somewhere soft under my butt to ask - check my profile pic!)
✅stay in my bed even if I am quivering with soo much excitement waiting for the okay to run up and smooch a new arrival to the house
✅lick ears for kisses where possible
✅provide delightful chin nibbles
✅remove your scarf when your are seated at home, because I’m helping you to put things away.
✅love toys, the deeper the toy bucket the more fun because the best things will always be at the bottom even if you swap them to the top🤣
✅play-growl with toys (but I do not resource guard)
✅you can see if I am confused by my expressions by something you are asking for, if you slow it down I can manage to work it out happily

✅I like to sun bake a little too much sometimes, so just try and keep those times short and this has still been working for me.
