Freddie is an 18-month-old Pom x Chi x Pug weighing in at around 5.5kg. Don't let his tiny size fool you—those long legs make him one agile little fellow! He's an active boy who would probably have a blast at agility and an active family would be his perfect match. Catching him to put his harness on can be a game in itself before heading out for adventures!
Freddie isn't overly keen on pats, but he absolutely loves a cuddle on his own terms. He's more than happy to hop up for a snuggle and would love to share your bed. On his very first night in foster care, his foster parents woke to find him happily burrowed under the covers, enjoying the ultimate cosy sleep-in.💤
He loves being close to his people and will happily sit at your feet while you work.
Independent, confident and full of character, Freddie is the perfect little companion without being overly demanding.
Freddie is toilet trained and will be waiting at the door with an enthusiastic welcome when you arrive home.
He's met older children, although he hasn't been tested with younger kids. He also has the funniest growly play style—it's a little unusual but completely adorable once you realise he's just having fun!
Freddie is dog friendly and has also met a cat 🐱

How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
