Playful, adventurous and a total character, Nugget loves exploring every corner of the house and zooming around with endless energy!
Feather wands, balls and crinkly toys are all favourites, and he's never turned down an interactive play session. While he needs a moment to warm up at first, once he feels safe and comfortable he becomes incredibly affectionate - seeking out pats and cuddles with tiny meows and sweet headbutts, and rewarding you with his constant happy purr!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Nugget is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm looking for patient humans who'll give me time and space to settle in without pressure. That's all I need to blossom into my true cheeky, fun-loving self - and it's worth every minute, I promise!
I wouldn't mind being your only pet, or one of many. If you're interested in adopting a pair, going to my new home with one of my sisters would be a dream come true!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten-high! I spend my days zooming and racing around, finding new gaps to squeeze into and heights to climb. But naps are wonderful too, and I have plenty of those :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've not yet met any kids, but with proper introductions I'd likely do well in a family home. Children who've had pet cats before, or who are aged 6+ would probably be best.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My foster home is busy, busy, busy and full of dogs and cats, large and small - even an energetic puppy! I'm not fazed by any of them, but if you've got resident pets please make sure to introduce us slowly and carefully so we've got the best chance of becoming friends :)

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
