Unmasking Orville Peck 🤠 The little outlaw with a heart of gold.

If dogs could sing country ballads, Orville Peck would have a voice that could melt hearts... right before he stole your toys and zoomed around the backyard like he'd just won the rodeo. Orville Peck is a handsome cross between kelpie, staffy, and something fluffy – we suspect a teddy bear.

Orville Peck is equal parts clown and cuddle bug. He absolutely adores his people, loves a good game of tug and is always up for some fun. He's even spent some time living on a farm, where he was exposed to cows, so this cowboy has had a taste of true country life. But he's not just a pretty face with a cowboy attitude – he's also a clever boy who's been a pleasure to train in foster care.

He's already learnt to sit, drop, stay and shake, and with a family willing to keep teaching him, we're sure he'll continue to impress. He's also comfortable being left home alone and doesn't show signs of separation anxiety, so you don't need to be together 24/7 to keep this cowboy happy.

Like any young cowboy, Orville Peck is still figuring out how to navigate the big, sometimes scary world. He generally walks nicely on the lead, but fast loud cars and bikes (especially those pesky e-bikes!) can be overwhelming for him.

He's looking for a patient, understanding family who can continue helping him build confidence around traffic and working with him using positive, supportive training. He's got plenty of good qualities to build on, he just needs someone willing to help him find his feet.

Orville Peck is looking for a loving home that embraces his goofy personality, enjoys a bit of playtime and is ready to help him grow into the best version of himself. In return, you'll get an affectionate, entertaining best mate who'll keep you laughing, happily claim your lap and bring plenty of cowboy charm to everyday life.
