💙 Meet Nyanza 🐕

Nyanza is a beautiful medium-to-large mixed breed with a heart full of love and a tongue that’s just a little too big for her mouth, giving her the funniest expressions!

She’s house trained, knows her basic commands, and would thrive with someone experienced with larger breeds who can continue her training. She currently weighs around 30 kg and is still gaining weight after arriving in care underweight.

Nyanza absolutely adores people and wants nothing more than to be part of the family. Whether you’re gardening, relaxing at home or enjoying the sunshine, she’ll happily be by your side before curling up on her bed for a well-earned nap. She’s looking for an indoor home where she’s welcomed as part of the family and can sleep inside.

She gets along beautifully with her calm foster dog brother, but she cannot live with cats. Like many young dogs, Nyanza can get excited and may jump up to say hello (although she can’t get very high off the ground). She’s responding well to training, but because of her size and enthusiasm, we’d recommend a home without very young children or with children who are confident and experienced around large dogs.
