About Pickles
Sweet, gentle Pickles is the kind of kitten who quietly steals your heart.
He can be a little shy when meeting new people or settling into a new environment, but beneath that cautious exterior is an incredibly loving little boy who is always curious and eager to make friends. Give him a little time, and you’ll be rewarded with one of the loudest purrs you’ve ever heard.
Once Pickles trusts you, he’s wonderfully affectionate. One of his favourite places to be is curled up on your chest, happily soaking up cuddles and even giving the sweetest little kisses. He’s the perfect mix of gentle companion and playful kitten.
When he’s not enjoying affection, Pickles loves racing around the house, chasing toys, and burning off his kitten energy. Afterwards, you’ll often find him tucked away in a cosy corner or hidden nook, enjoying a warm, peaceful nap.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will blossom into your most devoted little shadow, Pickles is ready to find the loving home he’s been waiting for.
Due to our single kitten policy, Pickles will need to be adopted into a home with a friendly resident cat or adopted alongside another kitten. His brother, Smudge, is also available for adoption if you’re looking to welcome the perfect pair into your family.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
