About Horatio
Meet Horatio! This handsome guy needs a little bit of help with building his confidence with handling, but is getting better every day! He's often the first to explore new spaces, claim the best hidey spots, and approach food bowls without hesitation, especially if there's lettuce! He would love to go home to another guinea pig friend, pending a successful meet and greet. He will need to go to a pre-prepared spacious indoor setup, with lots of enrichment to keep him busy!
Horatio could live with older gentle children, teens or adults. With plenty of patience, a peaceful environment, and lots of love, Horatio will soon gain confidence and become a delightful companion who enjoys all the comforts of a loving home. Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
