🐾 Meet Pua 🐾

Pua is a sweet young girl who's learning that people aren't so scary after all.

She came into our care as one of three stray cats, so unfortunately, we have no history about her previous life. It's understandable that she was a little frightened when she first arrived, greeting new people with a hiss and keeping one eye firmly on the nearest escape route. But beneath that nervous exterior is a wonderfully affectionate cat just waiting to feel safe.

It doesn't take long for Pua to realize she's in kind hands. A few gentle pats are enough to melt away her worries, and before long she's rubbing against you, offering enthusiastic headbutts, holding her tail high, and asking for even more affection.

Pua is looking for a calm, patient home where she can continue building her confidence. With a little time to settle in, we're confident she'll blossom into a loving, smoochy companion. As a young cat, she may also do well with a friendly resident feline, although slow introductions are always recommended.
