Meet Digga and Shadow, two beautiful senior Huskies who are searching for either a loving foster home or their forever family. We'd ideally like to keep them together, but will consider separating them to help them find their new home.
Shadow, 11, and Digga, 14, are a loving husky duo who are looking for a home that understands older dogs, respects their routines, and can give them the comfort, care, and companionship they deserve.
Digga and Shadow would suit a calm, husky-savvy home with secure fencing, space to enjoy daily life, and people who appreciate their personalities. Homes for Huskies will support their medical needs, helping ensure they’re looked after as they transition into a new home and settle in safely.

Digga receives monthly Cartrophen injections to help manage his mobility and keep him comfortable. Homes For Huskies Rescue will continue to support the cost of Digga’s Cartrophen injections, whether he is in foster care or adopted into his forever home. We want to ensure his ongoing treatment is never a barrier to him finding the loving home he deserves.

** Pet Rescue enquiries are not considered as an adoption application. If you meet the requirements of the dog you are applying for, we require an adoption application to be completed.

PLEASE NOTE
* READ the profile of the dog you are interested in carefully and ensure you are a suitable match for the dog you are applying for before completing an application to save disappointment.
* Completing the adoption application does NOT hold you to adopting the dog.
* Do your research on Siberian Husky breed and traits to make an informed decision that a Husky is the right dog for you
* Our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
* Siberian Huskies are NOT suitable for apartment living, rural properties or residences with court yards.

Once we have received your application our team will respond as soon as possible - Replies can take up to two weeks.
It is a requirement for suitable applicants to agree to have yard inspection arranged by one of our team at a mutually agreed time.
