About Archie - 10 Month Old Beagle X Shepherd
Archie is a sweet and loving 10 month old Beagle X Shepherd. He’s smart, independent and loyal. He currently weighs 18kg and we expect him to be a medium size dog when fully grown.
Archie didn’t have a great start to life so he will need a family who will be committed to his ongoing gentle exposure & socialisation in the world around him. He requires commitment a force free training.
Archie is the most confident of the litter. He enjoys gentle calm walks and positive new experiences. Archie has thrived in foster care with routine, predictability and positive experiences. He is smart and eager to learn. As he is still a puppy, he needs guidance and redirection of his puppy antics. His tall athletic build means he needs secure fences.
He has lived with other dogs previously of similar size and would be happy to have another dog to hang out with which we think will improve his confidence.
He is available for adoption to Sydney, Hunter Valley and Newcastle as he is due to be desexed in August.
